In this class the teacher asked us to draw the person we has in front of us.  In my case, I had Laia Fàbregas. First of all, we tried to draw the other person without looking at the paper and also without elevating the pencil. Here you can see the result of that practice: And then, we had to draw the person looking at his/her and elevating the pencil.  When we had all finished, we also drew the shadows in the neck and in the cheeks. This was the result: My opinion of this practice is that I enjoyed a lot this practice although I've never been a good painter. But I fins it curious to try this task and I finally liked the result!

In this first class the teacher asked us to choose two different elements and unite them into one unique piece.  In my case, I decided to choose first of all, a bird and then a sand clock.  As you can see in my draw, at the top of the sheet, you can see the head and the trunk of a bird, and  below you can observe the half of a sand clock.  When I finished drawing, I put a fixative gel on the drawing to fix it. "Birdock" is a mix of the two names "bird" and sand clock". The main material I have used to draw this are the crayons and the wood colours. Also, the colours I made most use of were the brown, red, orange, black and yellow. I liked this practice because you have lot of freedom to draw whatever you want, using the technique and the colours you want. And also you can see a wide variety of drawings and techniques, which is very enriching!!
